Purpose of collection: To load the Site accurately for you, and to perform
analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
Source of collection: Automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log

Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify.
Order Information
Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, billing address, shipping
address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address,
and phone number.
Purpose of collection: To effectively communicate with you, provide products or
services to you to fulfill our contract, process your payment information, arrange
for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, screen our
orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have
shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our
products or services.
Source of collection: Collected from the customer.
Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us provide our
services with and fulfill our contracts to you, as described above. For example,

Our processor, Shopify, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud
that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that
decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order
Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this
information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for
example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory
reasons.
SMS Terms of Service
When you opt-in to the mobile/SMS service for Symphony Love, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
This service is used to send you notifications that you have signed up for, promotions, specials, information, updates as well as alerts.
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to #####. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to #####. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, Message and Data Rates May Apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
