Our Custom Couture fashions are made to order:

Once order is placed, your custom piece will be made within the production period that is listed below:

Production Period: Each garment varies; A majority have a production period of 3 to 4 weeks.

Please check each garment’s detail page carefully. We will also email you if any delays. Production time does NOT Include shipping time.

Your shipping will be determined by which option you select at checkout. This will determine how your order is shipped AFTER the production period.

RUSH PRODUCTION MAY BE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON STYLE AND IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES.

You will receive a confirmation email after your pre-order purchase and will be
contacted again when the pre-orders are available to ship out. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us as soon as possible.

We will reach out with follow-up questions pertaining to the fit of your custom
order if we need additional information. Please make sure to add us to your email list to avoid missing any of our emails.
