-Sale/Promotional items (Only regular priced items are eligible for refund; No
refunds on sale and discounted items)



For Ready to Wear (everything outside of Custom Couture, Pre-Order & Sale items):

Customers have 10 days from delivery date for us to receive package in order to be considered for a return or exchange. If package is received after the 10 day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, and the package will be returned to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to ship items back.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags in place. It MUST be in the original packaging. If there is a scent of perfume or an unpleasant odor, or any marks on the items due to make-up, deodorant or anything from trying on the item, the return or exchange request will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return procedures have not been followed. We will also retain a 10% restocking fee for all returns.


Return:

To complete your return request, send us an email within 10 days of delivery to info@symphonylove.com with receipt or proof of purchase and order number. Please specify in the email that you wish to return the item and request a refund. Send your item with a trackable shipping service to the following address and include a note inside with your name and order number:

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request based on inspection. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


Exchanges:


To complete your exchange request, send us an email within 10 days of delivery at info@symphonylove.com with receipt or proof of purchase and order number. Please specify in the email that you wish to exchange the item and provide size or color change details (if applicable). Items can only be exchanged for the SAME ITEM if available or an item of the equivalent price (if unavailable). Send your item(s) with a trackable shipping service to the following address and include a note inside with your name and order number:

Cancellations

Custom Couture and Pre-Order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Due to each and every garment being custom made to the clients measurements and the materials used cannot be reused after construction has begun, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of the order being placed.
